Fortaleza Blanco Tequila

A benchmark traditional blanco, made in the town of Tequila from locally grown 100% agave and much loved by tequila enthusiasts. Everything is done the old way: agave roasted in a stone-and-brick oven, crushed on a stone tahona, fermented in open-topped wooden tanks and double-distilled in small copper pot stills, then bottled in hand-blown Mexican glass. Rich, full and expressive.
