Calle 23's aged tequila, 100% agave and matured at least sixteen months in 200-litre casks that once held Kentucky whiskey. From Sophie Decobecq, the French microbiologist behind the brand, whose name came from a street sign spotted the night the team perfected their fermentation. Rich agave, showing a touch of salt, buttery vanilla and a hint of oak smoke.
