An artisanal Oaxacan mezcal made by a co-operative of farming families in San Miguel Ejutla, an ensamble of Espadín and wild Barril agave. The agave is roasted in earthen pit ovens, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented and double-distilled in copper. Approachable and clean, showing tropical fruit, citrus and herbs over gentle smoke and a soft peppery finish.
