A small-batch straight bourbon assembled by hand at the distillery's home in Red Hook, Brooklyn, from a selection of aged straight bourbons blended in batches of just five barrels. It is bottled without chill filtration and brought to strength with pure limestone mineral water drawn from the Rosendale Mines of New York, about 100 miles north. That limestone water is central to the house style, giving a bourbon of real depth and intensity.
