Named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky's first commercial distillery in 1783, this is the black label "Extra Aged" bottling and the world's second best-selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon. It is made a few blocks from the site of that original distillery, to a mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, and is now aged around five to six years. A reliable, easy-drinking bourbon for cocktails or sipping over ice.
