A rich red blend from Bodegas Borsao in Campo de Borja, Aragón, a region known as the 'Empire of Garnacha'. Garnacha-led with Syrah and a little Mazuelo, given a touch of oak for depth.
Smooth and full-bodied, showing ripe blackberry and plum over vanilla and warm spice, nicely balanced.
Made for roasted meats, tapas or hearty Mediterranean dishes.
