An award-winning Rioja Crianza from Bodegas Ontañón, a fifth-generation family winery that owns its own vines. A blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha from forty-year-old vines in Rioja Baja, aged twelve months in American and French oak and a further year in bottle.
Approachable and classic, with supple tannins and a fresh acidity, showing intense black fruit and warm spice over bramble, cherry and fig with hints of liquorice and coffee.
