A Cuban rum aged at least seven years in ex-bourbon casks, medium to full-bodied, rich yet dry. Biscuity and warm, showing espresso, milk chocolate and vanilla fudge over gingerbread spice and orange marmalade. A favourite of ours in tiki drinks like a Mai Tai or Navy Grog, and excellent in a Toffee Negroni or an Old Cuban.
