An unusual English white rum distilled in Sussex, built from fresh sugar cane juice with Indian jaggery, South American panela, unrefined cane sugar, molasses and a little dunder, fermented with a dedicated rum yeast over ten to fourteen days. Characterful and distinctive for a white rum.
