Le Riche Richesse

From Le Riche, one of Stellenbosch's leading Cabernet specialists, this is their Bordeaux-style blend, Cabernet Sauvignon married with Cinsault and Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet brings body and complexity, the Cinsault a lovely perfume. Vinified separately, aged twelve months in French oak barriques, then a further eight months after blending.

Juicy and mouth-filling with fine, silky tannins and a long finish, showing raspberry, blackcurrant, red cherry and plum over smoky cedar, milled pepper and a graphite edge.

One for the table with roast beef, lamb or a rich stew.
