This sumptuous Syrah from the sun-kissed terrains of La Mancha punches well above its weight. With super concentrated fruit flavours, supple tannins and a long finish, you’ll be gutted when you get the bottom of the bottle.

The Fernández brothers were grocers in Madrid when they decided to set this biodynamic estate up from scratch in 2005. Their objective was to make accessible, easy to drink, biodynamic wines -and they’ve reached their goal with this wine!

Taste guide: chock full of blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with a kirsch-like perfume. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, there is no oak aging.
