This complex white wine has great depth and length, is oak and amphora aged.
All grapes are organically grown and hand-harvested. Fermentation starts naturally with indigenous yeasts, with minimal sulphite additions. The process includes cold skin maceration before pressing, followed by low-temperature fermentation on the lees—Colombard in ceramic amphoras and Sémillon in oak barrels.
Taste guide:This gastronomic wine is intensely concentrated and led by Semillon. It offers a rich, savoury profile with notes of cooked apple, balanced by the bright acidity contributed by 30% Colombard.
