Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

The benchmark cocktail cherry. Luxardo use these dark Marasca cherries in their famous Maraschino liqueur; here they are preserved whole in a jar, half candied cherries and half syrup, with nothing thickened and no additives. Deep and not too sweet, and the right finish for a Manhattan, an Old Fashioned or a Sour.
