Almave Blanco Non-Alcoholic Blue Agave Spirit is a zero-alcohol alternative to tequila, made in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% blue agave. Developed by master distiller Iván Saldaña and Sir Lewis Hamilton, it adapts traditional tequila making techniques while using an innovative process that captures the flavour of agave without fermentation or alcohol.

Designed as the purest expression in the Almave range, the Blanco highlights the natural balance of sweetness, and herbaceousness found in blue agave. The result is a bright, characterful spirit with notes of fresh agave, citrus and subtle minerality, with gentle peppery spice.

It works well in alcohol-free versions of tequila cocktails such as Margaritas or Palomas.
