The classic Barbadian falernum, to a recipe attributed to John Taylor Mountjoy in Bridgetown around 1890, sweetened with sugar cane and flavoured with lime peel, almond and clove. Light and gently sweet, showing candied lime zest over clove spice. Essential to tiki and tropical drinks, and the classic falernum in a Corn 'n' Oil.
