A complex modern liqueur created by the bartender Simone Caporale, flavoured with chinotto (bitter orange), cinchona, oak moss, curaçao orange and cacao. Citrus-led and aromatic, showing zesty mandarin and orange over delicate florals, praline chocolate and a cola-cube note. Its signature serve is long in a highball with tonic.
