A Greek liqueur from the island of Chios, made from the rare mastiha "tears" (resin) of the skinos tree, distilled and blended with mastiha oils. Clean and aromatic, showing pine and mint over a soft, herbal sweetness. Serve chilled over ice as a digestif, or lengthened with tonic.
