A ginger liqueur from Giffard's premium range in the Loire Valley, made by slow maceration of Asian ginger root with orange blossom, vanilla and coriander. Gently sweet and floral at first, then a lively peppery ginger and a bright citrus edge. Lovely over ice, or lengthened with soda.
