This herbal tonic quinine liqueur has a rich history dating back to 1894 when it was created by Doctor Ernesto Baliva in Rome, Italy. Its unique blend of iron citrate adds a delicious citrus flavour, setting it apart from other 'china' (quinine) liqueurs. With a less intense bitterness, it offers a more approachable taste.
