A rum-based curaçao from Maison Ferrand, made with Alexandre Gabriel and drinks historian David Wondrich in the style of nineteenth-century Caribbean shrubbs, built on Barbados rum with bitter and sweet orange peel and warm spice. Showing zesty and candied orange over vanilla-rounded rum and a cinnamon-led spice. A tropical note for a Mai Tai, a rum punch or a tiki serve.
