Dolin Génépi 1821

Dolin has made génépi in Chambéry, at the foot of the French Alps, since 1821, and this is their flagship. Génépi is a wild alpine plant growing above 1,800 metres; in a nod to herbalist tradition, actual strands are added to each bottle to infuse. Aromatic and complex, showing grassy alpine herbs and florals over a clean bitterness, with a long alpine finish. Neat, over ice, or in an Alpine Martini.
