The original triple sec, created by the confectioner Jean-Baptiste Combier and his wife in 1834, still made from sun-dried Saint-Raphaël orange peels distilled in century-old copper stills. Clean and fragrant, showing orange blossom and bitter orange zest over a bergamot note and a faint parma violet, syrupy yet dry. A benchmark for a Margarita, Sidecar or Mai Tai.
