Chartreuse Jaune (Yellow Chartreuse) Liqueur

The milder, sweeter sister to Green Chartreuse, introduced in 1838 and coloured naturally by saffron. Honeyed and gently minty, showing peppermint and spruce over angelica, mocha and zesty citrus, with a black-pepper snap on the finish. Lower in proof and more approachable, lovely neat or in an Alaska.
