A French black raspberry liqueur made at Château de la Sistière in the Loire Valley, infusing raspberries and blackberries in spirit with Madagascan vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel, honey and a touch of cognac. Rounder and less tart than a crème de fruits, showing warm, velvety black raspberry over vanilla and honey. Lovely in a French Martini, or over Champagne.
