A thyme liqueur from Bigallet in the French Alps, made by slow maceration and distillation of thyme sprigs. Pale straw gold, fresh and fragrant, showing powerful thyme over a spicy freshness, with a long, piney herbal finish. Powerful, so use sparingly; a few drops enliven an aperitif or a spritz.
