Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras Liqueur

A classic alpine liqueur from the Bigallet distillery in Isère, made by infusing and distilling sprigs of wild génépi (Artemisia) gathered above 2,000 metres in the Alps. Balanced rather than sweet, showing piney herbs and a delicate vanilla over lemon zest and a subtle aniseed, finishing on black pepper. Lovely chilled as a digestif, or in an Alpine Negroni.
