A gin from the actress Emma Watson and her brother, inspired by their family's Chablis vineyard. The base spirit is distilled from grape skins and lees left after pressing, then blended with a Kimmeridgian stone distillate that lends the minerality found in the wines of northern Burgundy. Its botanicals include juniper, grains of paradise, linden flower and acacia honey. Showing piney juniper and zesty citrus over black pepper and a saline, mineral edge, finishing with a faint honeyed sweetness.
