A Brut Tradition Champagne from Gratiot-Pillière, winemakers since 1657 on the southern slopes of the Marne valley and now in the hands of the eleventh generation. A Pinot Meunier-led blend (62%) with Chardonnay and a little Pinot Noir, two-thirds from the 2021 harvest and a third reserve wines, aged a minimum of thirty months on the lees.
Delicate and silky with a creamy finish, showing citrus and fresh apple over an elegant, biscuity note.
Pairs beautifully with canapés, oysters or a celebration on its own.
