Domaine Joël Delaunay, Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

A Touraine Sauvignon Blanc from the Delaunay family, fifth-generation growers near the Cher east of Tours, on clay and flinty silex soils. Around a third given a short skin maceration, then aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for texture.

Bright and well-balanced, showing tropical fruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant leaf over fresh citrus and stone fruit, finishing clean and mineral.

Try it with seafood, salads or fresh goat's cheese.
