A Northern Rhône Condrieu from Domaine du Monteillet, 100% Viognier from steep granite terraces above the Rhône at Chavanay. Gently pressed after a little skin contact, then fermented and aged in French oak barriques and demi-muids with regular bâtonnage.
Elegant and intensely aromatic, showing peach, apricot and floral perfume over a fresh mineral backbone, rich yet balanced.
Made for lobster, creamy dishes or roast poultry.
