A classic Sancerre from the Girard family, from clay and chalk hillside sites around Veaugues and Montigny, south of the town. Night-harvested, fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for a touch of texture, in the crisp, unoaked Sancerre style.
Bright and mineral, showing ripe citrus and white flowers over a subtle herbaceous note, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Made for goat's cheese, asparagus or grilled fish.
