A Left Bank Médoc Cru Bourgeois from Château La Gorce, established in 1822 and run since 2018 by Emmanuel and Manna Martin, who are converting the 48 hectares to organic. A classic blend of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate's oldest vines, aged twelve to eighteen months in oak.
Full-bodied with a firm structure and supple tannins, showing red-fruit aromas over blackcurrant, vanilla and liquorice. Ready to drink now.
A natural partner for roast beef, lamb or a cheeseboard.
