A white Rhône blend from Alexandre Favier of Domaine Chante Cigale, one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's new-wave names. An unusual mix of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Piquepoul Blanc, with good weight and a fresh finish. The name recalls the singing cicadas of the Rhône.
Aromatic and rounded, showing citrus, pear and tropical fruit over a ripe, fresh finish.
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, roast chicken or soft cheeses.
