A Premier Cru Chablis from Domaine Sébastien Dampt, a young Chablis grower working family parcels since 2007, from the respected Fourchaume site on the right bank of the Serein. Kimmeridgian limestone rich in marine fossils gives it a distinctive mineral backbone; stainless-steel fermented for purity.
Fresh and precise, showing lemon, green apple and white flowers over a hint of wet stone, with lively acidity and a long, saline finish.
