A step up from Cave de Turckheim's entry-level range, from one of Alsace's finest co-operatives at the mouth of the Munster Valley. Traditionally made, with no fining and only light filtration to preserve fruit and aromatic intensity.
Rich, full and perfumed, with real presence and a long, slightly smoky finish, classic of fine Alsace Pinot Gris.
