A traditional-method Crémant d'Alsace from Cave de Turckheim, blending Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris, aged twelve to eighteen months on the lees, longer than the appellation requires, with a little older-oak character.

Lively and expressive, showing baked apple and fresh orchard fruit over bright acidity and a soft, rounded mousse.

Try it as an aperitif, or with seafood, roast chicken or light desserts.
