Byrrh Grand Quinquina

A historic French aromatised-wine aperitif from Roussillon, created in the late nineteenth century in the quinquina style alongside the likes of Dubonnet. Red wine and mistelle are flavoured with quinine and botanicals for a light-bodied but rich drink, red-fruited and earthy, showing liquorice, coffee and bitter chocolate.
