Song Bird No. 3 is the 2022 expression of Song Bird, and celebrates the remarkable Egremont Russet apple. Youthful yet distinctive, this release offers a new twist: the vintage was aged not only in an English Chardonnay barrel but also in two Priorat red wine barrels.
After just 10 weeks in wood, the cider reached the perfect point of balance and character.
