A beautifully balanced Bas-Armagnac from Baron de Sigognac, made from 100% Ugni Blanc, single-distilled, and aged six months in new oak before a long spell in well-seasoned casks. Young but elegant, showing apple, pear and leather over a hint of lavender, with an appley, lightly woody palate reminiscent of a young Calvados.
