Giffard Ginger of the Indies Liqueur is a French ginger liqueur from the Loire Valley, made by slow maceration of Asian ginger root in alcohol and enhanced with botanicals including orange blossom water, vanilla and coriander. Part of Giffard’s premium liqueur range, it showcases the natural warmth and aromatic character of fresh ginger.

Expect a gently sweet and floral start, before the ginger quickly intensifies, bringing peppery spice and lively citrus notes with a touch of lime cordial.
