A rich, sweet red vermouth in the Turin style, built on Italian white wine and aromatised with orange peel and classic herbs, marjoram, savory and clary sage among them. A long, gently woody finish of cinchona balances the sweetness. The name honours Arnaldo Strucchi, the enologist whose early-1900s writing helped set the rules for Vermouth di Torino.
