The last traditional Italian Ferro China, a herbal quinine tonic liqueur made to a Rome recipe from 1894, distinctive for the iron citrate that lends a citrus brightness and a gentler bitterness. Showing herbal mocha coffee, vanilla and roasted chestnut over a lightly bitter bark, finishing long and chocolaty.
