False Bay Whole Bunch Cinsault Mourvedre Rose
False Bay Whole Bunch Cinsault Mourvedre Rosé is made from old vine Cinsault and a touch of Mourvedre, mainly from Stellenbosch and Swartland. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, it undergoes natural fermentation with wild yeasts. The wine rests on its lees for at least three months, preserving bright acidity and adding complexity, with only sulphur for preservation.
Taste guide: summer fruits on the palate and a clean, savoury, dry finish. A subtle and delicate style makes this a versatile and food friendly wine.
Pair with: perfect with Mediterranean dishes especially juicy pan-fried garlic prawns... or drink chilled on its own.
