Don Q Cristal Rum

A clean, light-bodied white rum from Puerto Rico, aged at least a year in ex-bourbon casks and then charcoal-filtered clear. Clean and light, showing cracked black pepper over delicate pineapple and passion fruit. A superbly clean base for a Mojito or a Daiquiri.
