A Californian Chardonnay from De Loach, from sustainably farmed vineyards in the cool Delta region, where the Sacramento River keeps the acidity fresh. Mostly stainless steel with a little oak for texture.
Bright and expressive, showing grapefruit, lemon and orange peel over green apple and pear, with a crisp, mineral finish.
