Coterie by Wildeberg Cinsault Rosé

From Wildeberg, a wild mountain farm beyond Franschhoek on the edge of the Cape's Coastal Region, where a band of idealists planted vines and now make some of South Africa's most exciting wines. 100% Cinsault from a thirty-year-old bush-vine vineyard in Paarl, picked early and cool, whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented in aged French oak demi-muids. The pale colour comes from the gentle press alone, with no skin contact.

Delicate and lightly savoury, showing soft red fruit over dry mineral notes and a gentle creamy veil.
