A celebrated Italian aperitivo wine on a Moscato d'Asti base, infused with bitter orange, gentian, elderflower and spices. Bright, citrus-led and delicately bitter, it is the usual modern stand-in for the long-lost Kina Lillet a Vesper originally called for, and lovely in a spritz or over ice with a slice of lemon.
