Circumstance Cape Coral Rosé

A Mourvèdre rosé from Waterkloof's Circumstance range, off the biodynamic family farm in Stellenbosch where Paul Boutinot planted the variety widely. One of the Southern Hemisphere's most admired rosés.

Fine and elegant, showing pomegranate and raspberry over a distinctive flinty note, with soft red fruit, a silky texture and lingering fresh acidity.

Pairs beautifully with spicy tuna sushi, or even steak, or chilled on its own.
