Botivo – Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

Botivo is a non-alcoholic botanical aperitivo made on Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire. It's handmade with a blend of thyme, rosemary, gentian, wormwood and orange zest, infused with aged British apple cider vinegar, balanced with organic wildflower honey. Complex, bittersweet, savoury, it delivers real depth and structure without alcohol. Perfect for mixing with soda or tonic, ginger beer or apple soda. Garnish with a slice of orange or rosemary sprig.
