Bombay Sapphire Gin

A vapour-infused gin flavoured with ten botanicals, including Tuscan juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, Italian orris, cassia bark, Spanish almond and lemon peel, Java cubeb berries and West African grains of paradise. Rather than steeping the botanicals in the spirit, their flavour is carried up by the vapour during distillation, which gives a lighter, more delicate style. Showing light juniper, lemon zest and coriander over a pronounced peppery spice, and a touch of lavender on the finish. A versatile gin for a G&T or a Martini.
